"I wholeheartedly recommend Jessica! If you need someone who is personable, kind, honest, and acts with a sense of urgency, Jessica is your go-to! I had an issue with my insurance coverage (completely my own fault!), and Jessica was very easy to reach. She answered her own phone (no automated messages or long wait times) and quickly jumped in to help resolve the issue, even though it wasn’t her fault. The one time she didn’t answer personally, Sarah in the office picked up and knew exactly what I was talking about. Jessica had briefed her on the situation we discussed the previous week. The level of service that Jessica and her team provide is exceptional! This kind of customer service and care is rare these days. We are very grateful that Jessica is our State Farm Agent!"
